Thousands of pilgrims’ flicks to Gosaikunda every spring to visit the glacier fed Lake of God Shiva. It is said that Shiva drank all poison to save the creation and went into the lakes and freezing waters to relieve the pain that resulted. The treks take you through picturesque places, the beauty of which even the vest camera cannot properly capture.
